Enjoy some good cooking with this "Mountain Man Microwave". Now the menu is limited only by your imagination and ability. Like our stoves, the oven is built for quality, durability and ease of use. Smoke heats ovens by circulation around the oven box, providing an even heat for baking. Temperature can be regulated by slide damper on stove door, and smoke bypass damper on oven, which diverts smoke around oven box. We use a precision stem thermometer which measures the temperature inside the oven, not the temperature of the door. Pull open latch is easy to use even when hot.  Stand, oven rack, and 11" section of 5" pipe store inside the oven.  Latch can be pinned shut to lock. Oven will work on Hunter, Outfitter, and Yukon stoves with 5" stovepipe holes.
