Shipping Locations
We will ship our products to anywhere in the US as well as Canada.  Overseas shipping is also available but you must contact us to get a shipping quote for your order.  Customers are responsible for any custom fees or import duties for any orders shipped outsite of the US.

Shipping Methods
Most orders shipped to the lower 48 are shipped via UPS and occasionaly FedEx.  Orders shipped to Canada or Alaska will either be shipped via UPS or USPS.  Overseas orders are generally shipped via USPS.  In some situations, it is also possible for the customer to arrange their own shipping.  If you would like to arrange for your own shipping, please contact us with your order.

Shipping Costs
If you would like a shipping quote for an order, simply add your desired products to the shopping cart and then enter in your delivery zip code, you will be presented with all of the available shipping methods and costs.  Due to the fact that Outfitter Warehouse offers products from several different manufacturers, the shipping costs may vary from product to product. This is because all products ordered from Outfitter Warehouse are shipped directly from the product manufacturer.

Returns

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us, for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days after order delivery in unused condition for a full refund of your purchase price minus original shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error, in which case we will pay the return shipping costs.

Return Restrictions
We can not accept returned items in used or damaged condition. Specials orders, non-stock or custom made items are non returnable. Returns must be made within 30 days of item delivery, no exceptions.
