Due to the fact that Outfitter Warehouse supplies products from several different manufacturers, the shipping costs may vary from product to product. This is because all products ordered from Outfitter Warehouse are shipped directly from the product manufacturer. This allows us to provide quicker service as well as cheaper prices because we do not have to pay a warehouse stocking fee, and there are no shipping delays because your products come straight from their respective manufacturer, both of these facts translate into benefits for the customer.

Most manufacturers will ship their products world wide, but if that is the case for you, then the shipping costs will be quite high, and the customer is responsible for dealing with customs and fees, etc. For a shipping cost estimate, simply add your desired products to the shopping cart, click on the "Calculate Shipping Cost" link and enter in your shipping postal code.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us, for any reason, please return it to us within 15 days after product delivery in unused condition for a full refund of your purchase price minues a 10% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charge unless the return is a result of our error. In that case, we will pay for the return shipping. We do not accept returned items in used or damaged condition. Special orders, non-stock, or custom made items are non returnable.
